- Job Title: NOC Engineer
- Salary: up to 41k pa DOE (32k pa + 9k pa shift allowance)
- Location: Belfast
- Contract

Permanent, full-time - Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Essential- Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
- Eligible to obtain security clearance
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Windows OS and Server support experience
- Familiarity with ITIL service management environments
- Experience using network monitoring tools
- Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments
- Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams
- Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching
