Salary: up to 41k pa DOE (32k pa + 9k pa shift allowance)

Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Essential

Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
Eligible to obtain security clearance

Desirable

CCNA or equivalent networking certification
Windows OS and Server support experience
Familiarity with ITIL service management environments
Experience using network monitoring tools
Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments
Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams
Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching
