• Extensive experience managing large, complex cloud migration programmes, particularly from on-premise environments into AWS
• Proven ability to engage with AWS and hold to account as key suppliers
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting directly to Executive Team members
• Ability to cut through noise and prioritise impactful results

• Lead and manage end-to-end AWS migration programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeframe
• Collaborate with AWS and internal teams to maintain project momentum, managing supplier performance and expectations
• Report progress, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance
• Drive decision-making processes and ensure delivery of key outcomes with urgency and clarity
• Foster strong relationships internally and with external partners to enable seamless project execution
