What you'll do
  • Lead and support a team of joiners and apprentices on daily production tasks
  • Manage workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency
  • Carry out complex joinery tasks, including cutting, assembling, and finishing
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Liaise with the Workshop Manager and coordinate activities across the shopfloor
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training development
