Customer Advisor

Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Part‑time permanent position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, afternoon & evening shifts within the hours of 6:00 am–midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Perform any other duties as required for the role.

• We will provide all the right training for those with no previous retail experience.
• Team members should have personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude, and know how to make customers smile and provide the very best experience.

Availability to cover morning, afternoon & evening shifts within the hours of 6:00 am–midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.
