As a bar and off sales attendant, you are the face of our business providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Beyond serving high‑quality drinks, you are a host and floor ambassador, rotating between bar service, table service and general floor management to ensure a smooth operation while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

• Craft speciality coffees, deliver drinks, clear glasses and reset tables
• Process transactions at the bar, tables and off sales
• Maintain adequate stock levels by correct ordering, efficient back‑stock organisation and ensuring merchandising principles are upheld
• Maintain bar and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure all customer areas are available and pristine
• Monitor the floor for hazards (spillages)

• Applicants must be 18 years old to serve alcohol
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is highly valued
• Must be comfortable with the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and packing out stock to ensure availability of products for our customers
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and unsociable hours

• £13.30 per hour rising to £14.80 per hour after 3 years
