Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Team Leader in Dundonald to manage daily department operations and guide a small team to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll support stock control, onboarding for new starters, and problem-solving on the shop floor, always aiming to keep standards high.
You’ll work closely with the store manager to keep the team motivated, organised, and focused, while adapting to afternoons shifts and delivering a great customer experience.
