The Programmer/Analyst III will be responsible for supporting the Company’s Virtual One Stop (VOS) software solution. The role involves working closely with team members in an Agile environment to deliver new developments, maintain incidents, handle configuration and setup tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and manage data change requests, among other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Viable candidates must be willing to work onsite at GSI's headquarters in Palm Harbor, Florida daily.

• Work under minimal supervision.
• Maintain and troubleshoot web applications.
• Design and build applications using Microsoft .NET Technologies.
• Migrate applications to the latest Microsoft .NET Technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production.
• Perform testing to identify system/software defects.
• Follow design specifications and best practices.
• Read specifications and design software solutions.
• Mentor team members.
• Create design specifications.

• Proven experience in Microsoft Software Environment: MS SQL Server, .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2010 - 2017.
• Experience migrating legacy applications to .NET platform.
• Experience writing and debugging ASP.NET Web Form applications.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server.
• Experience with JavaScript and libraries like JQuery, Bootstrap, Mustache, Angular
  
  JS.
• Experience with WCF/REST Services, Web API, and Mobile development is a plus.
• 5-7 years of ASP.Net programming experience.

• Handle critical deadlines and high service level expectations.
• Work effectively in a team and Agile environment.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is a plus.
• MCSD / MCPD Certifications are a plus.

• Web API, MS SQL, Angular
  
  JS or Angular 2, WCF Service, ASP.NET, Team Foundation Server, JQuery, Bootstrap, .NET Framework.

• May be assigned various projects and tasks as needed.
