We’ve been in business for over three decades, surpassing $1.42B in revenue in 2024, with plans to double in size over the next five years. The DoD Skill Bridge program is key to achieving these growth goals.
Our 4-6 month program is tailored to each individual, providing access to all departments within our company. A team of Military Affairs Specialists and mentors support you throughout. We invest heavily to make this the premier Skill Bridge program in the country. Here’s an overview of available roles:
Departments To Explore- Revenue - High earning potential, client-facing sales & marketing roles, leadership development opportunities.
- Operations - Project management roles ensuring high-quality experiences for homeowners.
- Craftsman Academy - Training program for transitioning service members to install and manage installation crews.
Post-program, full-time positions offer starting salaries of $50,000-$80,000, with sign-on bonuses. Compensation varies by department. We look forward to discussing details with you.
