Window Cleaning Technician

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality window cleaning services at client locations. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure windows are spotless and clients are delighted with the results.

• Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial properties
• Operate ladders, extension poles, water-fed poles, and other cleaning equipment safely
• Remove dirt, grime, and stains from windows, frames, and sills
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

• Previous window cleaning or related experience is a plus, but not required - training provided
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
