As a Personal Training Manager, you will drive revenue, develop a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will grow personal training sales, coach trainers on business development, and ensure members receive top-tier service.

  Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.

  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.

• Performance Management:
  Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to consistently exceed goals.

  Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.

• Earning Potential: $90,000 - $150,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• CPR Certification required
• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
