Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team
• Transcribe digital dictations accurately and efficiently
• Produce well-presented, professional documentation in a timely manner
• Handle scanning, filing, photocopying, allocating, and archiving legal paperwork
• Manage case files using the firm's case management system
• Answer and manage telephone calls, liaising with clients and professional contacts
• Support fee earners with diary management and the organisation of meetings
• Carry out additional duties as requested by senior colleagues
• Maintain strict confidentiality in line with GDPR and firm requirements
