Project Coordinator Propulsion & Handling

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to build your career within project management? We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Dunfermline.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their project management career, whether you are a recent graduate or have previous experience in project administration, coordination or support. You will play an important role in helping to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and data integrity.

• Act as the point of contact for class society, submitting and tracking approval documentation
• Support in the co-ordination and preparation of service attendance to customers; including commissioning and Sea Trial activities and development of supporting documentation
• Support in the initiation of project through JEE set up and schedules, as required
• Responsible for co-ordinating visitors to the site, ensuring compliance to site procedures
• Assist PMs through preparing and distributing agendas and minutes to key milestones, as required
• Support in the execution of project deliverables, as required
