At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Senior Project Planner at our Rosyth site you will play a vital role in the Marine business, applying advanced project planning techniques across complex programmes.

• Develop, define, and maintain project structures (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS).
• Build and baseline integrated project schedules (Levels 1–4).
• Ensure alignment between scheduling tools and financial/material systems.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and critical path analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely planning insights.

• Strong knowledge of network scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
• Experience in forensic planning and full project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Proactive approach with the ability to meet challenging objectives.
