Finance Manager

Are you a hands-on Finance Manager looking to make a real impact within a growing owner-managed business? Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with a well-established employer based in Dunfermline to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager into their close-knit leadership team.

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while providing strategic insight to support the continued growth of the business. This is a varied, autonomous role where you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and management team, acting as a trusted source on all financial matters, providing first class financial information to support business decision making.

In a role which will suit someone either fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/CA) or qualified by experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts, KPI reporting and financial commentary.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Liaise with external accountants on statutory accounts, audit, tax and year-end requirements.
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting systems.
• Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and business planning

You will be confident working to your own direction and possess strong management accounting, reporting and cashflow skills.
