Implementation Consultant based in Scotland, whoenjoys learning new skills, developing their technical knowledge,and delivering high-quality projects. This is a varied customer-facing consulting role where no two projects are the same. You will work with some of the world's leading spirits producers, delivering complex software implementations,facilitatingbusiness workshops, analysing customer processes and data, designing solutions, supporting data migration, deliveringtrainingand providing trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle. You will typically manage multiple customers, projects and work streams simultaneously while working closely with internal development,product and project management teams.

• Deliver software implementation,includingrequirementsgathering,configuration and training.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and customer work streams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines.
• Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functionalspecificationsand implementation documentation.
• Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution.
• Analyse,validateand cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation.
• Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration.
• Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects.
• DeliverDRAMS product training to our clients.
• Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations.
• Proactively develop andmaintaintechnicalexpertisein relation to our products and services.
• Work in partnership with clients;build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes whereappropriateandprovidingexpert advice on solution design and best practice.
