The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for the install, service and repair Agilico supplied equipment including hardware and software into our clients offices . Reporting to the IT support Team Leader you will be Duties To operate independently or as part of an install team To support the installation of Agilico products and services, including networking, printing, scanning, remote monitoring General IT fault finding and identifying potential networking or hardware problems Assist the Remote Monitoring Team (RMT) to address issues.

Assist Workshop Manager with I.T related issues. Assist Logistics with flexibility of roles when necessary. Responsibilities Maintain a good professional appearance when dealing with internal and external customers. Skills:

Entry level I.T. qualification Excellent customer service skills. Team player with effective diary planning and time management. Effective troubleshooting procedures.
