F&O Program Director

• Oversee the activities of different project teams working toward a common purpose
• Establish and execute project execution plans
• Review and/or approve adjustments in project outlays
• Schedule and oversee meetings related to IT projects
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers
• Administer and manage annual budgets for different IT projects
• Ensure IT projects are carried out according to required standards
• Assign duties and areas of authority to IT project stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of project owners and their teams
• Oversee recruitment of qualified personnel for project teams
• Coordinate the upgrade of the ERP system to D365 Finance and Supply Chain in alignment with organizational objectives

Demonstrates strong leadership and project management capabilities, overseeing IT project teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Proficient in budget administration, vendor management, and ERP system upgrades, with a solid foundation in Computer Science.
