Legal Secretary - Dunfermline Area

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team
- Transcribe digital dictations accurately and efficiently
- Produce well‑presented, professional documentation in a timely manner
- Handle scanning, filing, photocopying, allocating, and archiving legal paperwork
- Manage case files using the firm's case management system
- Answer and manage telephone calls, liaising with clients and professional contacts
- Support fee earners with diary management and the organisation of meetings
- Carry out additional duties as requested by senior colleagues
- Maintain strict confidentiality in line with GDPR and firm requirements
- Permanent position
