Paint Sprayer

Our client, are well known manufacturer are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing products to the highest possible standard while working efficiently within a production schedule.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every finished product meets our quality expectations before leaving the department.

Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming. Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish. Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Carry out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specification. Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with technical requirements. Maintain spray equipment and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organised.

Identify and report any defects or quality concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience working in a fast-paced setting where productivity and quality are equally important. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a flawless finish. High personal standards and pride in the quality of their workmanship. The ability to work consistently under pressure without compromising quality.

Good understanding of paint application techniques and surface preparation. A proactive attitude with excellent time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
