Community Staff Nurse AC

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Community Staff Nurse in the Dunfermline locality for a 43‑week maternity cover. This temporary role will support the Community Nursing Service and the wider Health and Social Care Partnership.

• Deliver community nursing services for 43 weeks covering maternity leave.
• Provide high quality care within a 24/7 Community Nursing Service.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Collaborate with the Community Nursing Team and partner services.
• Support clinical and leadership initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Travel across the locality to meet patient needs and, if required, work in other NHS Fife areas.

• Registered Nurse with significant nursing experience.
• Demonstrable leadership and communication skills.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Extensive clinical expertise and knowledge in community care.
• Motivation to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
• Prior to appointment, membership on the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme required.

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Work within a 24 hour, 7 day service.
• Travel across the locality essential.
• Flexible working – salary pro‑rata to part‑time hours.
