Job Description

We are currently inviting applications from immediately available skilled NDT Technicians for upcoming temporary onshore projects and facility-based inspections in Rosyth, Fife. While the core of these requirements focuses on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) & Magnetic Particle Inspections (MPI), we are looking for adaptable professionals to join our network for these upcoming assignments. Applicants are invited from the local area however we are also able to offer Hotel and DBB for non-local applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations in accordance with company and client specifications.
  • Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) as the primary inspection method.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and report inspection results accurately.
  • Ensure all equipment used is calibrated, maintained, and fit for purpose.
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on-site.
Essential Requirements

  • PCN Level 2 minimum 3.1 and 3.2 Ultrasonic Testing (UT) certification.
  • PCN Level 2 Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
  • Proven experience in a similar onshore NDT inspection role.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality control.
  • Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK and be able to pass relevant security and residency checks.
Preferred But NOT Essential

  • PCN Level 2 Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI).
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
Rates & Further Information

  • £23-£25/hour (Dependent on certifications and experience) Possible Overtime available in the future
  • Hotel & DBB available for non-local applicants
