Retail Supervisor – Part Time at Farmfoods, Dunfermline, Fife.

Hours:

20 per week. Pay: £13.61 per hour (guaranteed minimum 20 hours).

• Support the manager to run an efficient shop and deliver a great customer service
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence – ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly and shop routines are completed to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop retail assistants
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll

• Friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work
• People person who can build strong relationships with team members and customers
• Trustworthy and reliable – essential for a small team
• Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to complete an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland check if successful and offered the position
