The British Heart Foundation in Dunfermline is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team. You will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
This role requires flexibility to work across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. You will inspire and develop staff and volunteers, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help recruit and develop volunteers.
