The Role Sell Life Insurance and Protection products from leading UK providers Work with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls Build strong client relationships and provide a consultative sales approach Negotiate effectively and work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records and operate within FCA/compliance guidelines Ensure customers’ needs and best interests remain at the heart of every sale About You At least 12 months’ experience selling Life Insurance or Protection Strong advisory and consultative sales knowledge Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs Confident communicating with customers over the telephone Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Professional, motivated and driven to succeed What’s on Offer?
