Job Title: Document Controller – Construction (Could be suitable for a Construction or Engineering graduate!)

Location: Dungannon area

Job Type: Full Time

A great opportunity for an organised administrator to move into the construction/engineering sector as a Document Controller. Full training provided.

• Manage and maintain project document control systems
• Track and distribute drawings, RFIs, and project documents
• Ensure teams use up-to-date revisions
• Coordinate documents between office, site, and subcontractors
• Maintain registers and filing systems
• Support tenders, technical submissions, and project handovers
• Produce reports on document status

• Administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and ability to manage workload

• Construction or engineering experience (Can include placement year)
• Knowledge of document management systems

• Full training and development
• Career progression in construction/engineering
