The RoleAs Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting purchasing and sales operations, helping ensure products, components, and deliveries remain on track to meet customer demand.
You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers while managing orders, logistics, and administrative processes within a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Be Doing- working with Invoicing, Sage and production team
- Communicating with sales teams regarding stock availability and demand
- Tracking supplier acknowledgements and performance
- Managing and progressing purchase orders
- Coordinating shipment logistics and monitoring delivery performance
- Maintaining accurate records and administration systems
- Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong IT skills, including Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and use initiative
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Experience using Sage Line 200 or similar systems
- Previous purchasing or supply chain administration experience
- Driving licence
