About Us The Olidor Group Ltd is an investment company with a growing portfolio of companies within the food industry. Brusco is based in Evesham, Worcestershire and is the Head Office for the Olidor Group. Brusco has c.40 employees and has been certified as a Great Place to Work. Four Anjels Ltd - an artisan bakery, producing a range of high-quality sweet baked goods for premium retailers, gifting and food service with a team of c.80 employees in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Karimix UK Ltd - a manufacturer of cooking sauces, pastes, chutneys and marinades based in Faversham, Kent, specialising in bringing global flavour profiles to the food service industry. Karimix has a team of c.15 and has been certified as a Great Place to Work. The Original Baker Ltd an award-winning manufacturer crafting premium artisan savoury pastry products and sweet biscuits from its expanding factory, with c.100 employees in Malton, North Yorkshire.

Supplying products under its own brand to speciality retailers, the travel and leisure industries. The Olidor Group also owns brands including Porter Foods and The Artful Baker. The Group is acquisitive with bold and ambitious growth plans. About the Role The Group Head of People plays a key role in shaping and executing the People strategy across our Group, a growing portfolio of small and medium sized enterprises operating within the food industry.

The Group Head of People oversees the People function, from talent acquisition and employee development to employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and operational HR support. Strategic thinking must be balanced with hands on management, ensuring People practices align with the overall goals of each business unit within the Group. The Group Head of People provides expert guidance, supports acquisitions through due diligence and effective change management, shapes People policies and practices which support high performance and ensures exceptional workplace cultures which attract, develop and retain key talent to deliver our goals.
