This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civils Supervisor. The Civils Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, monitoring project progress, and maintaining quality control standards. Responsibilities also include supervising construction teams, coordinating with project managers, and facilitating efficient communication among team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Proven supervisory and site supervision skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑site operations and quality control processes to ensure project standards are met.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Previous experience in fiber network construction or civil engineering projects is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
