Exciting Estimator opportunity for a Construction Specialist in a brand new team focusing on Specialist international projects with clear progression into Leadership.

• Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications.
• Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification.
• Liaise with contractors and internal project teams.
• Prepare handover packs for delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records.

• Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer.
• Confident reading construction drawings.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office.
