GEDA Construction is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on residential and commercial schemes. You will negotiate sub-contractors, manage sub-contractor packages from appoint- ment to final account, and take the lead on all commercial matters with clients.
You will submit valuations and variations, provide monthly cost reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure IMS compliance while supporting project budgets and delivery timelines.
