Operating within a highly skilled team, they work on prestigious Residential, Commercial, and Public Sector projects across the UK and Ireland, utilising cutting-edge carpentry techniques and project management tools. As a reputable industry leader, they uphold a strong commitment to quality and innovation, with direct reporting lines to the Managing Director. About you At least 3 years of relevant surveying experience within the construction sector Third level qualification in Surveying or related field Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contract forms Proven track record in managing contractual claims and disputes Proficiency with conquest estimating packages and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines Willingness to travel across and outside of the UK as needed What you'll do Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for bespoke joinery packages Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support cost planning Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate with design and project teams for seamless project handovers and pre-construction support Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities during the tender process For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Co Tyrone or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact James McIntosh for a confidential discussion IND
