Van Rath is recruiting an Estimator-Specialist Joinery for our Dungannon operation. You will prepare cost estimates, tenders and budgets for bespoke joinery packages on high-profile projects across the UK and Ireland.
We seek a candidate with at least 3 years of surveying experience, a degree in Surveying or related field, and proven experience with NEC, JCT and FIDIC forms. Proficiency in Conquest estimating and MS Office is essential, with strong negotiation and organisational skills.
