Location:
59 Moy Road. Donnelly Group is recruiting a motivated Jaguar Land Rover Service Advisor to join our award-winning retailer team at the Dungannon showroom. You will act as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service through communication and customer satisfaction.
The Role
You will welcome all customers to the department, organise department bookings for service, and assist the Parts function during holidays and absences by dealing with customer requests and phone calls. You will also prospect for service work, promote offers to customers, and carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain relationships and loyalty. You will coordinate with the Sales teams, Workshop, Parts and Service to ensure a professional customer experience.

Required Criteria- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of vehicle parts would be advantageous
- Ability to prove and demonstrate experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Computer literacy and a working knowledge of Kerridge is preferable
- Professionally presented with a good work ethic
- A full driver’s licence as driving duties are involved
