Architect / Senior Architectural Technician Our client in the Dungannon area are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy and collaborative design team working across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a varied and challenging role within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation to agreed deadlines Develop detailed design solutions from general arrangement drawings and project briefs Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Coordinate and manage design information throughout project stages Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant codes, standards, and health & safety regulations Work closely with the wider design team to support successful project delivery Maintain CAD standards and document control procedures Assist with project coordination and technical detailing Requirements Relevant third-level qualification in Architecture, Construction, CAD, or related discipline Minimum 5 years experience within an architectural or design environment Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit Experience producing detailed architectural and technical drawing packages Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Personal Qualities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong time management and organisational skills Reliable, professional, and capable of taking ownership of projects Willingness to learn and contribute positively within the team environment Additional Information Full-time permanent position Office-based role with on-site parking Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:15pm Competitive salary dependent on experience Workplace pension and health insurance provided
