The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, supporting commercial decision making, and driving operational improvements across the organisation. • Lead the finance function, ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis
• Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Oversee R&D tax credits, grant funding, and external stakeholder relationships
• Support operational and commercial teams with financial insight and KPI reporting

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
• Proven leadership experience within a finance environment
• Strong technical accounting and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced business
