About the Company:

HireIQ are delighted to be partnering with one of our long-standing clients as they continue through an exciting period of growth. Our client is a leading business based in Dungannon, offering a high-impact opportunity within a well-established finance function. This role would suit an ambitious finance professional stepping into their first Financial Controller position, or equally an experienced individual used to operating at this level and reporting into a Finance Director, who is seeking greater ownership and influence within a more agile environment.

About the Job:
Lead and develop a small finance team, with full ownership of the function Partner with senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and business performance Own the budgeting process, 5-year business plan, and financial modelling Deliver timely group management accounts, cashflow forecasting, and performance reporting Drive continuous improvement across financial controls, systems (ERP), and processes Lead key finance projects and support tender submissions and commercial activity Manage external relationships including banks, auditors, and advisors Oversee audit, tax compliance, R&D tax relief, and insurance renewals

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
