We are recruiting for an experienced

Financial Controller to lead the finance function within a growing business. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and commercial support while managing a finance team of 4.

Key Responsibilities Manage monthly management accounts, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting Lead and develop the finance team Improve financial controls and ERP systems Support audits, compliance, and tax requirements Provide financial insight to support business decisions and projects Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
