Financial Controller

A leading and innovative food manufacturing business with a strong international presence is seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to take ownership of a busy finance function within a growing manufacturing business.

You'll play a key role in financial planning, business performance, process improvement, and strategic decision-making while leading and developing a high-performing team. The Benefits Salary of £70-80K DOE; 31 days holiday;

The Role Lead and develop the finance team Manage monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow Support strategic planning and financial modelling Oversee audit, compliance, tax, and R&D claims Drive ERP and process improvements Provide commercial insight across the business
