We are seeking both Full Time and Part Time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at Cove Manor Nursing Home
.

• Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and daily living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity and respect at all times
• Assisting with meals and ensuring residents nutritional needs are met
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents health or wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working as part of a team to deliver the highest standard of care

• A caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undertake training and development
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
