Human Resources Generalist – 12‑Month Contract
Competitive salary, bonus, company benefits, and early finish Fridays.
LocationDungannon (Hybrid) – commutable from Craigavon, Cookstown and Armagh.
OverviewThe role is for a Human Resources Generalist in an established construction business delivering projects across Northern Ireland and England.
Responsibilities- Assist with the delivery of employee training
- Coordinate onboarding of new staff
- Liaise with internal departments
- Support recruitment of new employees
- Work closely with the HR team as required
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (4 pm on Fridays).
Requirements- Experience as an HR Generalist or similar
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Willingness to work a fixed‑term contract
- Ability to commute to Dungannon
