We are delighted to be partnering with a growing business to recruit a Payroll Assistant for their finance team based in Coalisland.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll across both Northern Ireland and the USA, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payrolls across NI and the USA
• Manage starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime and deductions
• Complete payroll reconciliations and statutory submissions
• Manage workplace pensions and year-end payroll processes
• Liaise with HMRC, pension providers and external advisors
• Handle payroll queries and prepare payroll reports
• Support payroll audits and process improvements

Who We're Looking For

• Previous end-to-end payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, NI and pensions
• Sage Payroll experience
• US payroll experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
