On Site Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to recruit a new member to join the successful team, in the position of On-Site Recruitment Consultant for our prestigious contract in Corby.

Experience with in the recruitment industry may be an advantage; however, we would look to develop an individual with transferable skills who is looking to take the next step in their career. Hours 08:30 - 16:30working Thursday - Monday,although flexibility will be required based on the needs of the business. This is a Fixed term contract until 31st December 2026 In terms of the right person, we are looking for someone with a flexible approach, both towards working hours and in your attitude to work A sustained work history, ideally within a fast-paced environment, and a desire to advance your career path.

The Ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and also possess an attention to detail. Reporting to the Onsite Recruitment Manager, your role will be to support the on-site service including recruitment and shift planning. Helping to fulfil daily volume requirements in line with customer deadlines The recruitment and selection of workers Planning of shift allocation and availability of people Induction training (following sign off) Adhering to administration processes such as change requests and absences Managing compliance requirements Providing a positive experience, delivering a high level of customer service Dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently Managing relationships with internal customer managers Collating and report on Key Performance Indicators Manage employees on performance and conduct INDCOR
