ERP Systems Administrator

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY As an ERP Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and utilization of our organisation's ERP systems. You will be responsible for providing user training, developing training materials, offering first-line support, and managing user administration processes. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our business operations. SPECIFIC

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Delivery of project tasks Work with the Business Systems ERP manager to drive forward, and where required, lead ERP initiatives by performing designated project tasks, including (but not limited to):
Functional tasks, with a specific focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes. These are anticipated to include:
Gap Analysis Requirements Gathering End User Training Documentation of End User Procedures Prepare and execute test plans to ensure the smooth role out of implementation phases. Technical tasks, such as Data Migration Configurations Documentation and specification of configurations. Delivery of Queries and Dashboards Delivery of reports using SSRS BPMs and Functions Tools Data Analytics (Grow, Epicor Data Discovery, Epicor Data Analytics) Docstar Epicor Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Work with the ERP team to ensure projects are delivered on time, in accordance with the agreed designs, within budget and to the required quality standard.

Continual ERP Improvement The cloud ERP cycle is continual and will mean that the company will be constantly deploying new software versions and supporting tools. The role consequently demands the following:
Continual learning, including significant self-learning, of the ERP modules and tool set. Prepare and execute test plans to ensure the smooth role out upgrades. Continual progression in knowledge of technology and infrastructure required to underpin the evolving ERP solution. ERP Support ERP Support is a collective responsibility of the ERP team so there is a requirement to help facilitate support resolutions wherever possible.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
Utilise and develop business systems. Educate and work closely with key system users. Influence future system requirements to support the business. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

The successful applicant will be educated to Degree standard or equivalent in Business Systems, IT or relevant subject. The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience working with a mid-tier or larger ERP system. Understanding of ERP processes withing a manufacturing organisation Experience managing/responding to user support requests through a helpdesk ticketing system.

Experience with Epicor Kinetic or E10 would be advantageous Awareness of GDPR, cyber security and ITIL-based support processes. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing business needs Clear and confident communicator with strong written, verbal, presentation and feedback skills. Comfortable working interpedently and collaboratively with colleagues across different locations
