Purchasing Administrator £32,000-£38,000
Dungannon
Opportunity to join a busy purchasing function within a well‑established manufacturing environment. You’ll support day‑to‑day buying operations, ensuring materials are ordered, tracked and delivered in line with business requirements. Ideal for someone organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working at pace.

- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with operational requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
- Monitor open orders and proactively follow up to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Support stock control processes and maintain accurate system records.
- Assist with supplier performance tracking and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve invoice, delivery or quantity discrepancies.
- Work closely with stores, production and finance to maintain smooth supply flow.
- Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems and support reporting requirements.
- Previous experience in a purchasing, buying admin or supply chain support role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good systems capability (ERP/MRP) and strong Excel skills.
- Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment.
- Competitive salary package (£32,000–£38,000 depending on experience).
