Your new role
Reporting to senior management, you will take ownership of the supply chain function, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout the business.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Leading supplier negotiations and managing key vendor relationships.
• Overseeing purchasing, sourcing and contract management activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics functions.
• Analysing market trends and supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborating with finance, operations and production teams to support forecasting and inventory management.
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring service level expectations are achieved.
• Leading and developing the procurement team while promoting best practice throughout the organisation
