As soon as possible About the Role Learning without Limits Academy Trust is seeking a Premises Officer based at Babington Academy. The appointed person will bring proven experience in estates, facilities or site management, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a proactive, practical approach. You'll also demonstrate leadership, reliability and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a practical, hands-on role where you'll take a proactive approach to keeping our academies safe, secure and well-maintained.

You'll need strong emotional intelligence, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to thrive.

Key Responsibilities As a key member of our Estates team, you will:
* Carry out and oversee maintenance and repairs across school buildings and grounds.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, COSHH and emergency procedures.
* Manage site security, including opening/closing, alarms and callouts.
* Supervise cleaning teams and manage contractors on site.
* Support minor projects, refurbishments and improvement works.
* Respond promptly to issues and maintain high standards across all academies. Why Work for Us?
