Job Title: Production Planner

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage materials, and ensure efficient operations across a busy food manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver production on time, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines
• Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment for optimal production
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials
• Schedule NPD runs and product sampling within weekly plans
• Prepare performance reports and monitor KPIs

• Proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; willingness to learn new IT systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Experience managing KPIs and improving operational efficiency
