• Prepare products to a high standard ahead of painting process.
• Carry out basic quality control checks.
• Maintain a clean and tidy works area and ensure the safe operation of machinery within your area.
• Preparing and mixing of paint and primers to the correct consistency before use.
• Application and finish of paint using air assisted spraying equipment.
• Painting parts to a high quality.
• Working with single and 2‑pack paint.
• Daily maintenance checks of the spray gun and all paint equipment.
• Manual handling duties.
• Responsible for working in a team‑based environment on a busy assembly line manufacturing ground support equipment.
• Set production targets and safely move production parts.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in an Automotive, workshop environment, but this is not essential.
