Join a dedicated Process Operative role at Pilgrim’s Europe-Moy Park in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. In this role you will process products within your department while maintaining hygiene, quality and health & safety standards. You will work as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Work Pattern
  • Week 1:
    Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2:
    Wednesday, Thursday
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out processing duties.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain an excellent level of work consistency.
  • Perform packaging, labeling and boxing tasks.
  • Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
  • Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
  • Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
  • Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
  • Report incidents or hazards immediately.
Physical Requirements

This is a physical role that requires heavy lifting, manual handling, pulling, and fast‑paced packing tasks. Applicants must be comfortable working in an active production environment.

Essential
  • Ability to read and write
  • Numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • English language proficiency
Desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A food hygiene qualification
  • Awareness of food processing industry standards

    Knife-handling experience
  • Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment
  • Data recording or computer/keyboard skills
