Machine Operator

This role is for Night Shift, working 10.30pm - 7.00am. Hourly rate ranging from £12.61 £ 14.89 depending on experience, rising in April 2026 plus £2 p/h night shift attendance bonus. The post holder will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform duties to the highest standard and achieve targets Follow Health + Safety policies. Work as part of a team Highlight any issues/problems to supervisor/manager. Work towards BRC certification each year Ensure high levels of housekeeping. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Must be able to speak, read and write English Must have machine experience. Excellent machine and organising skills Be able to work on own initiative Flexible to work overtime if and when required Good communication skills Forklift license is desirable
